Caligula Returned

A morph that works to well: 2,000 years apart and both without a heart

Three years endured of driveling rage

From narrow cruelty my mind defects

The orange half man rattling the cage

Calling savagery down on brown rejects

Unloved, still grasping for copper cents

The clutching chase of lucred respect

Bewildered the laird collects his rents

From peasants who fail to genuflect

Can’t you see I‘m the stable genius?

Where is my worshipful adulation?

Don’t you know that I‘m your Jesus?

Awaiting my due, my veneration

I long to drink from the cool calm water

Of ruthless kindness without quarter
